The week from hell

Fathers Day week

The kids had vacation bible school all week. Justin was actually a teacher in the preschool class and received many rounds of thanks from the ILSW staff.

Been having some dental issues. Blah!

We have started hauling in stone for the pool retaining wall. 16,000lbs hand carried. :-)

Vika's birthday, she turned 6

Great weekend.

Dr Amy spent the weekend in Chicago for continuing education.

Started Friday by hauling stones home for the new wall expansion project. Only 5 more pallets to go.. (20,000lbs)

We worked around the house all weekend in her absense. Got tons done in the basement, while Grant worked onstaining the deck.

Monday morning is the begining of VBS where Justin is volunteering and Vika is attending.

Sunday afternoon we spent the day at Gma Fridleys house from bday celebrations.

Birthday party weekend!!

Where to begin? How about with haircuts! Justin and I were finished fairly quickly. Somebody however was getting her hair cut and styled. :-)

Sat morning I went flying. Still trying to finish up my instructors certificate. We will get there someday!

After flying I meet up with the family. I was picking up supplies at Lowes and found the buy of the day. Someone had returned a custom counter top and it was being sold for $33 on the clearance pile. It looks real nice!

Saturday night we headed out for dinner with Disney buddies Marc & Amy. That taxi driver will never forget us!

Sunday we had Vika's 6th birthday party. Turned out great. We had a bowling party and the kids had a blast!
