This post is all about me...

First day of school.

The first day of school we found out that Tran States Arilines in STL was closing and we were getting all of their airplanes.   Talk about a drama-filled day!

Our welcome dinner at a local Tex Mex restaurant.   

Kinda strange but I have already received my wings.  They are engraved with my name and class date.

My classroom has no windows, but the building is on the runway in Houston.

The family sent me a care package to help fill the fridge.

Thank the good Lord I passed my written test..

I now have 8 hours Airbus 320 time..

If you look at my eyes... this was after about 7 hours of simulator time, and 4 more to go.  Red eyes!

So I did a thing...

After almost 21 years at my current IT job, I decided to call it quits. Started there July of 1999 5 months before Justin was born.  Wow.. crazy to think about.  

I leave for training tomorrow morning.  The end result of all the training is hopefully!
