Mothers Day weekend.

Friday night was the PTL movie night at school. They watched UP on the outdoor big screen. I stayed home and continued the labor of love in the basement. :-)

Saturday morning went and flew with Bob continuing to try and finish up my instructor certificate.

Sat was headed out with friends but didn't make it. We owe them a dinner. :-)

Sunday worked at moms in the afternoon.

Dance recital tickets.

Friday afternoon I picked up Justin and we went to see the Avengers movie and it was great. Then Amy and him did a class of yoga while Vika and I went home to make dinner.

Saturday Justin and I got up at 430 to get in line for Vika's dance recital tickets. We were first at 530.

Sun I flew and then crashed on the couch with sinus issues. Justin had a busy day with working with gma Fridley at the church chicken dinner. Then he went to church for the last youth group meeting of the school year.

Vegas Baby!

Amy had DR mtgs in Vegas this past weekend and I was lucky enough to go with her.

My first time in Vegas...  We stayed at the Bellagio and wow was it exciting.  Partied at The Hyde on Friday night.  This was the view we had from our couch in the club.

Busy weekend around the house. Worked on the deck, cleaned patio furniture and worked in the basement.

Alex our new sitter came over Sat night so Amy and I went up to Uncorked in Wentz. Watched Cardinals loose and Blues win!

Justin breaks 3 boards for black belt

What a great weekend...

Justin completed his testing for black belt.. He broke 3 boards with a side kick. Great thanks to Master Dave Blevins, who justin has grown up with. Both Izzy, Dave's daughter and Justin passed their black belt test.

Warm days in March

The weather for this winter has been very warm. As March ends and April begins we are still having very warm weather. This weekend Justin had his school dance. The dance was themed after the Roaring 20s. Vika got a chance to check out one of the decorations.

I continued working on the basement remodel. Looks great. Shower is In and I got the stairs repainted!

Vika, Justin and Amy went to Wentzville for the Easter Egg Hunt.
