Off to get finger prints

My appointment for my finger printing was today at 11am. Amy's appointment was today also, but she had to reschedule because she is in Branson with the Missouri Chiropractors Association for continuing education. The finger prints were taken at the federal building downtown St. Louis. It really was not that big of an ordeal. The two ladies were super nice, which was kind of a shocker for government employees. LOL 20 minutes I was in an out headed back to work.

Our first batch of paper work we sent to the Secretary of State is returned, just one more batch to go. Hopefully we will have it by Monday. Then we can turn it all into CHI.

Praise Him! What a great meeting!!

All we can say is Wow! Thanks to God and his swiftness we are moving "Fast". Let me back up by saying we had a lunch meeting with Anna today and she was wonderful! Answered every little question we asked and set us straight on alot of information we were curious about. We have 3 locations that are looking very probable for us.. Moscow City, Yaroslavl, & Astrakhan. We actually stated that we are fin with any of the locations; that we just wanted a healthy little girl. Next week we hope to have all of our documents back from the State of Missouri which we will submit to CHI. Then our I600A will be returned and then all of our documents will be sent to Moscow for our basic or general registration. But, we are hoping to have our region assigned before that or at least know which one they are leaning towards. That way we can a jump start on the region specific paper work. Its truly amazing there is a small chance that this could be a VERY exciting Christmas at the Fridley house. Please continue to keep us & our daughter in your prayers & thoughts.

A great weekend...

Amy & Justin spent Saturday at the City Museum with a bunch of ILS friends. It must have been a very fun filled exciting day.

Sunday I spent the morning in an airplane flying around looking at rain clouds.

Our paper work for the I600A is entering week #2 and we have gathered all of the other paper work to be sent to the Secretary of State. Prayers for our guidance and all of those who are assisting us are much appreciated.

General Application & New Orleans

Last night Amy & I put together all of the documents that we need to submit for our general application and emailed them to Anna to proof. Once we get the I600A & the paper work back for the general application we should be able to submit. Praying for speedy paperwork processors..

New Orleans was different. We stayed on Bourbon St for a Nutritional conference that Amy attended for work. Wow! was that an eye opener. Lots of adult establishments and activities to do on Bourbon St. We did a city tour that allowed us to get out and explore; it was very eye opening. St. Louis & New Orleans are very similar in many ways.

New Orleans or Bust!

Amy & I were talking last night as we were packing.. Oh, I forgot to mention, that her and I are headed to New Orleans this evening for a couple days. Anyway, this is probably our last vacation alone for a couple years. We are good with that..

We are so pumped! We are praying for a December travel date. OK, lets go in January; that's a little more reasonable.

Talk to you all next week!

Moving forward...

As Amy keeps telling me; we are now working on the General Application... I get so confused LOL. Our I600A is submitted as of July 3rd, yes the post office was open. LOL Anyway we are continuing our late nights to get all of the paper work ready for our general application. We need our I600A back before we can submit the general application though. Rough guess, 4 more weeks before we get it back.
We really appreciate the prayers & thoughts.

Happy Independence Day..

The pics are from me doing a little flying last Saturday. I flew up to Quincy , then to Alton, did a touch and go into Lambert and then back home. It was my first time flying into Lambert. I keep imagining what the people thought inside the terminal looking out to see little ol' me out there were Southwest Airlines ususally lands... LOL
On to the most important news. It looks like our I600A will be ready to submit by Monday or Tuesday of next week. CHI is closed Friday (like most businesses) for the holiday. The last couple of days we have been reviewing and editing our 12 page home study which will be attached to the I600A. Once that is completed and submitted we will be in wait mode for about 4 to 6 weeks. Pray for speedy goverment workers!
Dad is in the hospital. Good news so far from his tests. We are hoping to have him home tomorrow. Keep him in your prayers.
Justin is doing great. No baseball on the holiday weekend!!! Yeah!
Amy has a new camera that some wonderful man gave her for their anniversary... LOL We have some great baseball pics that I will post later.
Again thanks for all of your thoughts, prayers and well wishes.
